It's Friday and I've got a buzz in me, so there's only one way to start off the weekend: with some Freddy. This is my lyrical tribute is to one of the greatest out there who would have turned 60 last month if he were still alive. Sixty. Imagine what kind of world we'd live in if Freddy Mercury were still alive and turned sixty this year. Wow, the thought blows me away - Hasoon, I think you agree with me.

I was JUST watching an old interview with Freddie Mercury on tv today and remembering how crazy I was about Queen years ago when I saw this entry. I still have all their CDs, and I saw Queen+Paul Rogers (as a frontman) and "kinda" enjoyed it. Not as good as when Freddie Mercury sings, though.

One of my favourite songs of his... pure life and excitment... grabbing life by the balls really.
Hasoon - never as good as when Freddy sings... never...! I've been thinking of Queen so much, I keep on seeing lookalikes and hearing their music everywhere I go... but inspiration for the post came when a cyclist zoomed past me singing "I want to ride my Bicycle, I want to ride my biiiiike..." Nothing beat that... :)
